boilers and traditional steam boilers?

1. Material and structural design
Aluminum die-cast steam boilers use high-strength aluminum alloy as the main structural material. Its density is only 1/3 of that of steel, which significantly reduces the weight of the product. At the same time, the die-casting process can achieve one-piece molding, reduce welding seams, and improve the compactness of the structure. Traditional boilers mostly use carbon steel or stainless steel, rely on welding assembly, are bulky and have the risk of stress concentration. The high thermal conductivity of aluminum increases the efficiency of heat transfer by more than 30%, shortens the preheating time, and traditional boilers have a delayed thermal response due to the slow thermal conductivity of steel.

2. Energy efficiency and energy saving
Aluminum die-cast boilers rely on high thermal conductivity and closed waste heat recovery systems to reduce the energy consumption per unit of steam production by 20%-30% compared with traditional boilers. Through the instantaneous vaporization technology of aluminum finned tube atomized water, the steam generation time is shortened to 23 minutes, with high thermal efficiency, while traditional boilers rely on water storage heating and have low thermal efficiency. In addition, aluminum die-casting models often integrate intelligent temperature control modules to dynamically adjust combustion parameters according to the load to avoid energy waste. .

3. Environmental protection and corrosion resistance
The alumina layer naturally formed on the surface of aluminum has good chemical stability in water with a pH of ≤9, which slows down scaling and electrochemical corrosion and prolongs service life. Traditional boilers are prone to rust in hard water or acidic media and require frequent descaling and maintenance. Aluminum alloy structures have strong anti-aging properties and are easy to clean, while traditional boilers require regular inspection of welds and replacement of pressure-resistant components, which increases operation and maintenance costs.
